The kipi.co website (the "Website" or “KIPI Home Page") and KIPI mobile applications (the "Software" or “KIPI Software") are owned and operated by 2IP, Inc.(“2IP", "us" or "we"). It is 2IP's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and KIPI Software.
Like most website operators, 2IP collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. 2IP.'s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how 2IP's visitors use its website. From time to time, 2IP may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

KIPI Software Users
You don’t have to worry about your personal information while using our service. We do not collect your personal information nor share your information with 3rd party, except when in agreement or by law.
KIPI Software does not ask for agreement about your personal information while registering. When you enter your name, it does not send to 2IP's server, it only saves on to your device.
When you use Google Play Store or Apple App Store to buy KIPI Pro Version, 2IP does not collect your personal payment information. So your payment information will follow Google Play Store’s or Apple App Store’s personal payment policy.
When you use KIPI Software to send a multimedia message (such as sharing a photo or sharing a video clip), an encrypted copy of the multimedia content will be cached in 2IP servers for increased performance. The cached content will be removed after a certain period of minutes; does not provide any means for you to delete the cached content manually. This encrypted content cannot be read by anyone without the decryption key so your privacy is retained throughout the life of the cached data.
KIPI ID that provided in KIPI Software is for finding easy other users among KIPI Software users. KIPI ID sets up by user and it can be changed or deleted at any time. We do not collect your KIPI ID nor share KIPI ID with 3rd party.
2IP holds KIPI ID until user change or delete it.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to 2IP's websites—or KIPI Software users—choose to interact with 2IP in ways that require 2IP to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that 2IP gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. 2IP collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with 2IP. 2IP does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Need to know that information in order to process it on 2IP's behalf or to provide services available at 2IP's websites or KIPI Software, and

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using 2IP's websites or KIPI Software, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. 2IP will not rent or sell potential or definitive personally-identifying information to anyone other than to employees, contractors and affiliated organizations as described above.

If you are a registered user of a KIPI Home Page and have supplied your email address, 2IP may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with 2IP and our products. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
If you are a KIPI Software user, 2IP may occasionally send you Push Notification to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with 2IP and our products.
If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. 2IP takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
If 2IP, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired—or in the unlikely event that 2IP goes out of business or enters bankruptcy—user information would be one of the assets that would be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of 2IP may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
